FAQ
1. What is a DTF transfer?
A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a design printed on special film with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto fabric. It’s a versatile option because it works on cotton, polyester, blends, light and dark garments. Unlike vinyl, there’s no weeding, and unlike screen printing, there are no minimums—making DTF ideal for everything from single shirts to bulk orders.
2. What is a gang sheet and how does it save me money?
A gang sheet lets you place multiple designs on one large sheet instead of ordering each design separately. This way, you maximize the space, lower your cost per print, and keep everything organized. Clothing brands, sports teams, and businesses love this option because it’s efficient and budget-friendly.
3. What is the minimum I can order?
At 2eazy Prints, you’re not locked into high minimums. You can order just one single transfer if that’s what you need, or bulk gang sheets for wholesale quantities. This flexibility makes it easy for both individuals and businesses to order exactly the right amount.
4. What kind of press do I need?
We recommend a professional heat press for best results. Household irons don’t apply the even heat and pressure required for DTF transfers. Set your press to around 300–325°F with medium pressure and follow our instructions for long-lasting prints.
5. What sizes are available?
We offer custom transfers in a wide range of sizes, but our most popular option is the 22-inch wide gang sheet, available in multiple lengths to fit your needs. From small logos to full-size shirt designs, we can print it all.
6. How do transfers hold up in the wash?
Our DTF transfers are built for durability. When pressed correctly, they can last 50+ washes without fading, peeling, or cracking. Always wash garments inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying for maximum lifespan.
7. How quickly can I get my order?
Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. For customers near Beaumont, TX, we also offer local pickup.
8. What file format should my artwork be?
For best results, upload your artwork in:
-
PNG with a transparent background
-
300 DPI resolution or higher
-
RGB color mode for vibrant printing
If your artwork isn’t print-ready, we also provide vectorizing and file setup services.
9. What is your refund policy?
Since each order is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for artwork or sizing errors provided by the customer. However, if there’s an issue on our end—such as misprints, damage during shipping, or defective products—we’ll quickly replace or refund your order. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes! We work with clothing brands, schools, sports teams, and businesses across the U.S. to provide affordable wholesale printing. The more you order, the lower your cost per transfer. Contact us directly for custom quotes on large or ongoing orders.
