Welcome to 2eazy Prints. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • 2eazy Prints provides custom printing services including DTF transfers, gang sheets, sublimation, DTG, and silk screen printing.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (such as shipping address and artwork files) is accurate and complete.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork

  • All transfers and prints are custom-made based on the artwork you provide.

  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for submitting artwork in the correct format, resolution (300 DPI preferred), and size.

  • File adjustments: If artwork requires modification, we may contact you for approval or offer file preparation services at an additional cost.

  • Colors may vary slightly between digital previews and final prints due to screen and print differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer flat rate $8 shipping nationwide within the United States.

  • Local pickup is available at our Beaumont, TX location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers or unforeseen delays.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

    • The order is damaged in shipping.

    • There is a production error caused by us.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order with photo proof.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started.

  • Once printing begins, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You must own or have rights to use the artwork you submit.

  • By submitting artwork, you grant 2eazy Prints permission to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.

  • We are not responsible for copyright violations if unauthorized artwork is provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 2eazy Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
